If enacted, Virginia House Bill #766 would allocate funds for the "development" of agriculture and forestry. But when you read the full text:

...it looks as if the goal is not to help farmers or foresters buy local products, but to "develop" farms and forests into cities (or slums), with more Internet access, grading, and grants to "urban development" and government housing programs. I see nothing in the bill that seems intended for the benefit of actual farmers.
