Legislators Voted, Governor Balks on Signing

Tennessee's legislature voted to oppose Agenda 21 across the board. Governor Bill Haslam worries that his entire state legislature has fallen prey to a conspiracy theory:

The position of this web site is that delusions of grandeur are even more dangerous than delusions of persecution. In other words, stalling on legislation that clearly reflects the will of the people of his (her) State is not going to get a governor nominated for President. I said this about Virginia's Governor McDonnell, and I'm saying it again about Tennessee's Governor Haslam. If you live in some other state and think this is a shoe that fits your governor, let him or her wear it.
