Acquitted in July and Still in Prison?

According to "girlfriend" Elaine Arseneault, seventeen months ago Donald Perry, a law-abiding parolee and soup kitchen manager, shared his car with a man who happened to be carrying concealed stolen goods. The man fled at sight of the police, leaving a stolen Ipod in Perry's car. Perry was charged and returned to prison, but acquitted of all charges in July.

So why is he still in prison?

This web site isn't sure what to think. Either we're not getting the whole story, or somebody in Massachusetts is asleep on the job. Click here to send them a much needed wake-up call.

Just beware...Change.org hosts all kinds of petitions, and after I signed the petition to do something about the Donald Perry case, what popped up on the screen was a smarmy "Please protect people like me from illegal guns" whine. Please protect people like me from idiocy. If you want to support Dianne Feinstein's anti-gun crusade, please be aware that its purpose is to transfer money from the pockets of citizens to the coffers of our government, and if successful it would accomplish that...but click below to read more, from a survivor of the Columbine school shooting, about what it would not accomplish.
