Kids Opt Out of Common Core Tests

Calling all students and parents! Check out Mytheos Holt's report:

If lots of kids do this, it'll send a meaningful message to the administration that wants to make your schools even more boring, more insulting to your intelligence, than they already are. If only a few kids do it, they'll be classified as having failed the test.

You're not too young to opt out of a test. Elementary education is one public issue where kids' voices are heard. Malala Yousafzai was fourteen. David Peters was barely thirteen. Both of them were even younger when they started standing up to be counted on education issues. If you're old enough to read this, you're old enough to oppose Common Core.
