Does this amount to supporting Agenda 21? The Green Globes standards aren't laws. They are allegedly industry-generated standards, available online for use by anyone. Although the Green Globes organization is based in Canada, determining that a building meets its standards could be done by Virginia taxpayers. However, HB788 raises questions about costs and benefits.
