Dangerous Dog Owners Lose Right to Privacy: SB305

Virginia Senate Bill #305 has been enacted, so now, if your dog has ever bitten a neighbor's dog, your legal name, home address, and phone number (as well as a description of your dog) may legally be displayed on a web site, inviting all sorts of harassment from the general public. Full text:

We need a constitutional amendment to the effect that this can be done only when the human whose identity and contact information are displayed has been determined to be "dangerous."
