Bill Readers: Et Tu Brutus? and Other Awards

Virginia Tea Party bill reader Charles Battig gives the "Et Tu Brutus?" Award to Delegate Watkins:

Seconded. I think (correct me if I'm wrong) that the Friend of the Tea Party Award goes to Delegate Robert Marshall, who, among other things, sponsored our nationally celebrated House Bill #1160, on which our governor is still vacillating:

There are certainly bills I like that aren't on this list, and there are bills on this list that make me say "You could do better than that." Still, throughout the bill-reading ordeal, whenever I looked up the history of a bill that seemed to need mentioning here, it was encouraging to see our Delegate's name on the right side of it.
