Yummy Vegan Cookbook Links

Sorry to break the news here before sharing it live with Grandma Bonnie Peters (who is at work)...a fan of hers just told me she's been vegan for a month, and is ready to invest in some vegan cookbooks. Just in case anyone else out there would like recommendations (for full-time or part-time vegans, especially for those who want to serve something to a mixed group of vegans and non-vegans), here are Amazon links for my picks:

McDougalls All You Can Eat Cookbook (This is the E-book you can download and print.)

The McDougall Plan--the book that made this couple famous.
Vicki Griffin, The Guilt-Free Gourmet
These aren't gluten-free books, but each contains several good gluten-free recipes.
The McDougalls' books aren't Books You Can Buy From Me, because, if you can possibly afford it, you really ought to buy these books directly from the McDougalls to show respect for their years of collecting, testing, and sharing delicious vegan recipes. They now have a classy web page that offers vegan travel and networking opportunities, as well as ways to purchase new books, buy packaged foods, and e-socialize with the McDougalls and other vegans. Visit them here:
Vicki Griffin, who was a black-haired nutritionist when Grandma Bonnie Peters met her, is now a grey-haired doctor with both vegan and Christian web pages. She's currently promoting a medical study called Moove Over Milk, over her cookbook, The Guilt-Free Gourmet. She also has a selection of informative videos. Vegans of all backgrounds can meet her here:
