They say both cats are on the small side. These two sisters were born as alley kittens in 2019. They became ill, were brought indoors and cured, and have been waiting to be adopted ever since. Part Husky, which explains his pale eyes, and part who knows what-all, Bowie is less than a year old and is learning basic manners and commands already. He is described as eager to learn. They say they named the litter after "Alani Nu flavors" and the black one was "Witches Brew." What an utter cliche. Michiko? Richie Lou? Kitzebue? Bitsy Boo? She is a bouncy-pouncy spring kitten, just barely of legal age to be adopted. The web page doesn't insist on it, but bouncy-pouncy kittens get into less trouble if there are two of them. Ohhh, take me back. They still have that shelter on Oglethorpe Street and WTOP still does features on the most adorable adoptable pets there. Klinger has been a featured pet. What his ancestors may have been is anybody's guess--terrier and ???? He's described as friendly, snuggly, and teachable, but only just beginning to be trained in even basic dog manners.

Brother and sister would probably be happiest together. Though they've reached normal adult cats' size, they are not a year old yet and may continue growing. They are playful energetic kittens.
