Yes, women have been known to hunt down and kill their exes. Case in point: Jodi Arias. But that's very rare, every turn of the case made headlines because it was so bizarre, and nearly all women who become homicidally insane are on drugs. Nearly all of the handful of humankind who've been killed by women deserved it.
