Bad Poetry: Men of Action

Prompted by the Poets & Storytellers United, because I've not posted there for a while...

We are men of action;
lies do not become us.
Never say what we are
going to do; let them
fool around and find out.

  3. Ah, I like this – so succinct, with just a touch of humour.

    Good to see you here. (I'm sorry but I am just not mad keen on Substack in general, even though it's supposed to be the place to be – so I don't read you or anyone else there as often as I might.)

    1. Did you see somewhere else that Rajani Radhakrishnan has a book forthcoming? That was her Substack news this weekend. No bookstore links yet.

    Yes, Priscilla, a good close! Let them taste what they sow. Eventually they learn to be wary and mend their ways. It is ok as long as it is not something serious!
