Mitch is the author of a novel called Slasher of Sacrifice. It contains an actual incantation that was once used to summon malicious spirits. The novel sounds hilariously, outrageously bad, but can a book be bad enough to send its readers into comas?
This is a sequel to Witch's Block and will appeal to everyone who laughed over the first novel in the trilogy. (Actually, it's grown beyond a trilogy. What I have is the initial trilogy.) Reading this series won't send readers into comas but it may send some of them to bookstores to buy every volume.
