One of those pretty, ethereal white Swallowtail-type butterflies with fine black stripes on their wings was only recently declared to be a new species. Older Swallowtail species names always commemorated characters in literature. Graphium wenlingae was named only in 2019, and commemorates the town of Wenling.

Native to Vietnam, it doesn't seem hard to find, but it's been hard to classify. It was part of the mess of species and subspecies that include Graphium tamerlanus, G. timur, G. mandarinus and so on. In the few years since it's been accepted as a distinct species, very little has been published about that species. It does not have a Wikipedia page yet, and its INaturalist page shows only one museum specimen.
