Virginia House Bill #1124 contains a list of building projects to be paid for out of the state's General Fund. It's long, and won't actually show areas of efficiency or inefficiency unless you're familiar with the specific buildings in question...in other words, it's the kind of bill I expected to be slogging through hundreds of when I took this job.
