Virginia House Bill #1121 would, if enacted, raise the number of claims-processing staff in the Veterans Administration. Full text:

According to an impressive number of Delegates and State Senators, it takes more than 1/26212 of a bureaucrat to process Grandpa's claim on a veteran's pension, possibly as much as 1/23000 of a bureaucrat.
