If enacted, Virginia House Joint Resolution #95 would authorize a feasibility study about the possibility of allowing community colleges to offer four-year degrees. Full text:

As a college dropout who would probably have earned a four-year degree (albeit probably a B.A. in English) if I'd had the option of living at home and riding a bus to college, I'm for it.
