What's Green About Driving a School Bus?

In fairness, although sewer, trash-collecting, and secondhand store jobs aren't new, they are at least potentially Green--and have been for a long time. But what, exactly, is Green about driving a school bus? Or being a TV broadcaster? (TV is not Green.) And what's Green about "social advocacy organizations," and why are left-wing political groups being credited with more of these "Green jobs" than septic tank and outhouse cleaning contractors are?
