seem to be nice people with nice intentions. But how, exactly, does money prevent violence? If it's meant to fund shelters for victims who feel a need to leave their homes, or legal aid for victims (who aren't adequately represented by the Commonwealth Attorney already?), then at best this fund would be strangely named.
