Is Shamu a Slave?

MSNBC doesn't provide the name of the judge who's allegedly giving a serious hearing to the claim, made by PETA of course, that the human-friendly orcas at Sea World are "slaves."

That PETA was even admitted to court with this claim is dangerous; it opens the door to the Agenda 21 claim that any sort of relationship between humans and animals is inherently so exploitative, so harmful to the animals, that all domestic animals should be rendered extinct--humans belong in slums, where we can admire, but won't be tempted to make pets of, rats and cockroaches. This web site officially calls for a hearing on the judge's competence to hear cases.
