Now Coyotes Have Rights? SB202

Virginia Senate Bill #202 won't be enacted or completely killed this year; it's already been postponed for further discussion next year. This is discouraging. SB202 should have been killed on arrival. This atrocity seriously proposes that coyotes have rights, and that, if you find one in your back yard, instead of killing it you should have to release it to harass your neighbors. Full text:

Fellow Virginians, if you don't want large unvaccinated wild dogs infecting your pets with rabies, not to mention eating your chickens, not to mention potentially eating all or part of someone's baby, you know what to do with coyotes--and you know what to do with Senator Marsden.
