Virginia Senate Bill #274 has passed into law. Those who want to protect their neighborhoods from being designated as "Urban Development Areas" may want to read the existing compromise:

It's on the wordy side, but if you want to protect your neighborhood from the kind of cancerous "growth" the U.N. Agenda 21 was designed to promote (with the long-term goal of densifying population to the point of causing mass death), you may want to read it...and talk to your elected officials about doing more to prevent urban sprawl next year.
