Quote: “These calico greetings are so bright and cheerful they’re sure to be popular at your Christmas bazaar.”
There’s not much narrative in this little pattern book, just plenty of patterns for stuffed animals, stuffed letters to sew together for greetings, stuffed bells, straw ornaments, big heavy-duty stockings for filling with mini-gifts, wreaths, alphabet blocks, and “storybook pillows” with pockets to hold a book in place.
All projects are cheap and easy, accessible to any member of the family who can be trusted not to swallow a sewing needle...not all of the projects require a sewing needle. This book is recommended to anyone who decorates for Christmas.
