As folklorist/knitter Roy Jones observed twenty years ago...there is a real way to cook a unicorn. The word "unicorn" can refer to a goat who, due to genetic mutation or surgical alteration, has one big horn in the middle of its head rather than the usual two. This creature could be dangerous and would probably need to become chevon at an early age. Any recipe would work. The most popular recipes for chevon, or goat's meat, during the twentieth century were curries.
