Funny...some people seem to think Dave Jolly's selection of five stories is biased. Funny...people who've shared their medical stories with me are biased in the same direction. Why are there so many stories of cases where the first doctor consulted, or the insurance agency, was deadly wrong and the patient's life was saved only by ignoring their advice, and so few stories that support the opposite point of view? Could it be that reality is biased?
