Disaster
This one's human-made: A water pipe burst. The temperature was low. The flood water froze. This car and truck aren't about to float down to the river...they're frozen. And somehow this wiped out the electric and gas grids, too, as well as the water supply for parts of Detroit. Some homes will not be livable this winter...
Google has at least four photos of this street from different viewpoints. The one that copied easily was from Tiktok.
