Lies. Outright lies.
Do we want to erase trans people from existence? Or do we want to give them the same rights to peace and privacy we give everyone else?
Does anyone want resegregation? Granted, some people may find a certain petty sadistic delight in making the politically correct squall about their word choices. Granted, a would-be politician who doesn't even know enough to ignore people in the unimpressive but traditional way, but actively insults them, needs to know that she's not going to get votes on the basis of race and gender alone. But, resegregation? You can't see your Indian-American doctor any more? You can't buy tickets to a performance by Beyonce if she ever comes to your town? Does anybody want that? If so, do we want that person to shut up and get the appropriate kind of help?
Does anyone on the Right want book bans? (As distinct from reasonable standards of age-appropriateness for books on school reading lists and in school libraries.) Or do we want one copy of The Turner Diaries or of Mein Kampf or of Tobacco Road to be in the public library--gathering dust, but silently bearing witness to the right to freedom of the press, while people read books the Party of Censorship really hate--by people like Franklin, Jefferson, and Lincoln?
The accuser is probably correct in saying that MAGA types want some people to be fired. Not whole demographic groups of people, as the accuser tries to suggest, but individuals who are not doing good or useful work.
But, does anyone on the Right want "National Socialism"? ?????
(We should not let leftists off with the whine that Hitler's National Socialist Party was not socialist. It was. Hitler was talking to people who'd endured less brainwashing, so he used different trigger words, talking about the music "Germans" ought to like rather than about people's not having a right to listen to, or play, or sing the music that appealed to them, and similar. But his party stood for the same thing: big government controlling people's lives, jobs turned into forced labor to support a governing class that lived more richly than the workers did, censorship, literal dictatorship of the words the enslaved press could use to print the stories they could print, and ultimately the complete collapse of the economy. There are certainly better, or less bad, ways to do socialism than Hitler's but we must never forget that what he was all about was socialism.)
What should "conservatives" do about it? I think this is one issue on which they can and should follow the example of President Trump. Just carry on being so civilized and peaceable and humanitarian and unprejudiced and diverse that this hater and his accusations will just dry up and blow away.
