What a gorgeous day it was. I even saw a red maple tree. Red.
Animals
Busy little beavers.
Butterflies don't chew up plant fibre to make silk out of...but some butterflies, it seems, may have some silk left over from when they were caterpillars and be able to spin a silken thread. What they would do that for is another question. Maybe they just want to shed the surplus.
Art, Sort of
Beth Ann Chiles discovered a building completely covered in collectible coffee mugs. You'd think they'd be selling some of these things. Maybe at some future time. For now the idea is to see how many mugs the founders can hoard, and visitors bring one to add to the collection.
Halloween
Fun and funny...Meh. Twin haggises might be disturbing. Well, she is in Scotland.
Music
Mid Mod Music. (Warning: it goes on for about an hour.)
Pro-Trump parody of Deep Purple, with special guest star Spongebob Squarepants.
Steve Miller Band.
Inca Babies.
Roberto Cacciapaglia.
Hall & Oates.
"Viking Blood Music." This was all done by computers, apparently no actual singing or instrument-playing. It might be interesting to hear these compositions actually performed. It's hard to sell original sheet music, but I don't think blowing up "the cloud" is worth it Better to jam with some musicians and get people to hear your compositions, the oldfashioned way.
John Philip Sousa's "Presidential Polonaise."
Beatles.
Ray Charles.
The Byrds.
Old Dominion.
Nat King Cole.
Hank Williams Jr.
Wes Montgomery.
Ludovico Einaudi.
