Title: The Vampire's Bite
Author: Scarlett Chu

Quote: "They waited in line for The Flying Lotus, a vampire club in Las Vegas. Beth still couldn't believe Dana had convinced her to travel here after her breakup with Albert."
But she did. In this fantasy world, vampires really exist as a different species from humans; they have wings, which pop out of their shoulders as needed with "a sting, like a paper cut," and fly. They can survive on the amount of blood one human mate can spare. In return they deliver passionate, romantic sex.
So basically this is a male fantasy written from a female point of view, into which this female reader totally fails to get, but some readers might. Beth goes to a club in the hope that being bitten by a stranger will get her into the mood for sex with a stranger. It does, so then they fall in love. Cart before horse but, if readers want a marital aid, whatever turns them on.
Will this book embarrass readers if children find it at their house? Is it possible to die from embarrassment? This book might cause readers who are visited by children to find out.
