It would be hard to object to Virginia's House Bill #161, which provides a state flag for the family of any state employee killed in the line of duty. Full text here:

It's ironic, though, that the flags of the United States are so seldom made in the United States. Would it really be too much to ask that, if a Virginia flag is presented to the bereaved family in memory of a Virginian who died in service to her or his state, that flag be made in Virginia?
