Official Comment: What's the problem? The Leckers, who moved to Wausau and were told they couldn't live in their new house with their four (small) dogs, should move again. To a house on the city limits of Wausau. From which they should walk their dogs into town every day until the city has agreed to pay all of their moving expenses back seven times over...or else adopt a new city ordinance that categorically prohibits the enactment, enforcement, or serious consideration of any regulation of behavior that does not materially harm a complainant. And if they're charitable enough to bring a scoop along while walking their dogs, the people of Wausau should formally take off any hats they're wearing and salute the Leckers.
