Tim Brown reports on a new executive order for "clinicians" to test all patients for AIDS. The worst part of this report is that, if it weren't part of Obamacare, making it routine for health care providers to protect themselves and their other patients by screening for AIDS (and other contagious diseases) would be a sensible idea...instead of an alarm-bell trigger that brings concentration camps and targeted mass killing to people's minds.

Tested? Yes. Treated? Yes. Identified, and recorded in a computer-linked system? No. That's the danger point. Trying to identify and help patients with AIDS would, otherwise, be a good thing.
