There used to be an expectation that mayors of towns would be old enough to vote; an eighteen-year-old mayor used to be headline news. No longer. Erica Ritz reports on the recent reelection of Mayor Robert "Bobby" Tufts of Dorset, Minnesota, who has yet to enter primary school:
