That's "high-density housing plans," but in view of the dangers inherent in high-density housing, this web site thinks planning any more of it is very dense.
Anyway, e-friend Heather Gass requested comments on a local newspaper's report of a plan to build cheap'n'shabby housing projects on what had been agricultural land in California. I've postponed reading her e-mail during the General Assembly and was willing to oblige, but it turns out the local newspaper accepts comments only through Facebook. Ick!
