Teenager Wins Right Not to Abort

No longer news, but still good...here's Billy Hallowell's write-up of the Texas teenager who's reached a settlement with her parents, who tried to force her to "choose" abortion:

Why was Virginia Senate Bill 277, which I'm proud to say our own Senator Bill Carrico co-sponsored, left in the Courts of Justice rather than enacted into law this winter? We need this in the law! And why, by the way, are the feminists who always insist on referring to abortion as "a woman's right to choose" not upholding a (young) woman's right to choose not to have one?
