Good night all. I wish everyone a good weekend, far from the brain-melting heat of the cities. This is for Poets & Storytellers United's https://poetsandstorytellersunited.blogspot.com/2024/06/friday-writings-132-elegant-sufficiency.html
Oh, how beautifully seen and said! Perfect indeed.
ReplyDelete(We here in the freezing Land Down Under could do with a bit of that heát you mention.)
Blowing some of it your way :-) Thank you, Rosemary!
DeleteThis is perfect - Well done.
ReplyDeleteThe assignment flew to you beautifully.
ReplyDeletePerfection!
ReplyDeleteYes, a perfect haiku.
ReplyDeleteElegantly done! We just need simple things to be inspired. :)
ReplyDeleteNice!!! We're done with our horror heatwave thankfully and in the middle of the monsoon...though it's June so here, away from the coast, the sky has more bark than bite!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on surviving your heat wave. Our hottest weather is yet to come. In Virginia it's hardly ever very bad in the country, but city heat can be deadly.

Love the imagery so much. It sticks to the inside of the skull and finds a place in the heart. Lovely.
