Virginia Senate Joint Resolution 276 will, if enacted into law, change the rather stringent one-term limit for the Governor of Virginia. It will allow Governors to serve two four-year terms in a row, or two four-year terms separately, but not more than two terms in a lifetime.

This one passed the State Senate, 25-15, and is currently under consideration by the following short list of Delegates: "Miller (Chairman), Hugo, Ramadan, O'Quinn, Joannou, Howell, A.T., Cole."
