Penny's idea of trying to make the world a better place involves planting a garden in a vacant lot. When her brother, the policeman, insists she not trespass on neglected private property, Penny tries sending an e-mail to the "soulless capitalist" who owns the lot, then decides to visit him instead.
He's attractive. So is she. This book is subtled "A Sweet Romantic Comedy Short." You know what's going to happen so, to maintain some suspense, I will not reveal what becomes of Penny's e-mail.
