He took a drug, the precise formula for which remains unknown, that obviously affected him like meth. He worried about his digestion. He was also, from all available evidence, a Highly Sensitive Person who really felt for abused dogs...

Many vegetarians are very nice, kind people, but the vegetarian diet is not what makes them that way.
