Virginia House Bill 1336 will, if enacted, offer tax credits to those who work at home:

Why the Department of Rail & Public Transportation? Those who most need to work at home live in places that don't have public transportation. So I check, and sure enough this bill came out of Loudoun and Prince William Counties. Will this bill work for people who live in e.g. Wise County? I can't see why not. Evidently the Delegates see no problem with it either; it's passed the House, passed a Senate Committee, and should be voted on by the whole Senate in the next few days.
