As the House of Delegates passed HJ 653, it seems...well...easy to support, but why? Doesn't all legislation have to conform to the U.S. Constitution in any case? So it's worth reading the original wording to see exactly how much was taken out...HJ 653 was, prior to January 31, a condemnation of Obamacare.
