While some people near the Cat Sanctuary think 38-degree nights are cold, and I revel in mornings full of redbud, dogwood, buttercups, dandelions, daffodils, vincas, forsythia, and other flowers before insects become active...in Alaska, they're still revelling in the first hope that some of that snow is going to melt.
