Judge Julie Kunce Field knew at the time she issued her order the biological father did not have a home, a car, or a job.
Judge Field also heard credible testimony that the biological father had threatened to kill Stacy Lynne and Jaden.
Stacy Lynne was illegally arrested, illegally cell-phone tapped, illegally jailed, and illegally tracked via GPS device for more than 4 months.
