E-friend Catherine Turner went so far as to call Virginia House Bill 2223 the last hope for our Commonwealth. I'm not sure it's the last, but it is beautifully simple and long overdue. Thank you, Delegates Bell, Cline, Gilbert, Landes, and Lingamfelter.
